Thom is responsible for driving the strategy for growth of Conran and extending the businesses capability across new creative services. Prior to joining Conran Design Group he worked at (WPP agency) Coley Porter Bell, Bamber Forsyth and Fitch.

He co-founded 35 Communications in 2003 (sold to the Havas Group in 2008). Since the merger of 35 Communications and Conran Design Group in late 2008, Thom has been central to the development of Conran Design Group, leading the creation of the digital offer and extending the agency’s global reach and the development of key joint ventures and partnerships.

Key clients: AstraZeneca, Burberry, Cancer Research UK, National Grid, Procter & Gamble, SABMiller and Tate & Lyle.

As the Managing Partner for CDG NYC, David is responsible for building and growing the branding and design offer in North America and internationally.

Previously, David led the global Verizon business and Telecom practice for Landor Associates. A branding veteran, he has worked in brand consulting (Landor and Siegel+Gale) for more than a decade across multiple sectors including: telecom, packaged goods and healthcare.

He brings a deep understanding of branding across strategy, naming, identity design and packaging. Earlier in his career David worked client-side at Time Warner and Unilever.

An agency-side specialist, Adrian studied and has worked in brand and digital communications advising global brands at a senior level. He understands how creative ideas can be applied to solve complex business problems, designing strategic approaches that deliver desired business outcomes most effectively.
